Dietitians believe that the Body Mass Index (BMI) is a good indicator of whether a person is overweight. The BMI is defined as a person's weight (in kg) divided by the square of the person's height (in metres). A value of 20 to 25 indicates a safe value. From 25 to 30 indicates that a person is overweight and larger than 30 indicates that a person is obese.
This program calculates your BMI. You will be asked for your height and your weight.
